Frequently asked questions

I have signed up and can't log in?

You need to verify your email address before you are able to log in.  Once PayPal inform us of your payment we will send you an email asking you to verify your email (this can take up to 30 minutes from the initial payment).  Please click on the link in the email.  You should then be able to log in.

Why has PayPal cancelled my subscription?

From 18th May 2015 we have moved to one off subscriptions of 6 or 12 months.  Please do not be alarmed, this is just the way PayPal handles one-off payments and you will still to be able to access the website until the end of your subscription period. 

Why have I received a recurring payment for EM Revision from PayPal?

When signing up for a subscription before 18th May 2015 you were signing up for a recurring payment of £70 every 6 months until cancelled.  If the payment has gone through and you no longer require use of the site then please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider issuing a refund.

How do I cancel my subscription/unsubscribe?

Unsubscribing is simple. Login and go to My Profile and click 'cancel my subscription' or manage it directly via your Paypal account (in History/Subscription settings). You will continue to be able to use the site until the end of your subscription period.

NB - please verify your email address before cancelling your subscription or you may have problems logging in.
